We should regard God's warnings to Israel, over 2,500 years ago, as warnings to us as well ... since God's character does not chaange:

My people are being destroyed because they don't know me.  Hosea 4:6

I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn't have to destroy the land, but I found no one.  Ezekiel 22:30

This is what the LORD says: 'Stop at the crossroads and look around. Ask for the old, godly way, and walk in it. Travel its path, and you will find rest for your souls. But you reply, 'No, that's not the road we want!'"  Jeremiah 6:16

What sorrows for those who say that evil is good and good is evil, that dark is light and light is dark, that bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter.  Isaiah 5:20

Yet Jesus promised "The thief's purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.'  John 10:10

Scriptures from the New Living Translation

Does it concern you that ...

... most students do not attend anyone's church?

Estimates vary, that between 50% to 83% of our youth, do not attend any local church or ministry outreach.  We realize that attending religious services does not guarantee that a student will receive the "new life" that Jesus offers, nor does their church attendance indicate growth in Christ-like character ... but their absence can surely contribute to a spiritual alienation from God, and the warping of their values, character, and behavior by their culture.

... kids are moving further from biblical values and character?

While we seem to have plenty of local churches in most communities ... our efforts are neither keeping pace with the population growth and varied challenges, nor are our ministries producing the obedient followers of Christ that Jesus commands us to "go and make" (Matthew 28:18-20).  One reason our local ministries are not keeping up, is because we are still functioning like disconnected body-parts.

We are concerned too!

And our concerns drive us to do what we can, to make a difference in our area with the resources that God has given us.  Specifically, by helping encourage Networks of Christian youth workers, connecting local churches and ministries to serve their local Schools, and by encouraging and supporting new and veteran Leaders who are developing their programs to reach our area's youth, especially those not attending any local church.

We're a tiny team ...

We're not a big organization, but we do bring years of youth ministry experience with us. We're helping connect a variety of youth workers and outreach efforts in our nine-county area through our local efforts, as partners with the National Network of Youth Ministries, the Every Student - Every School Campus Alliance, and the Every Youth - Every Facility Coalition. We inherited a ministry which has served our city well in the past.  We hope to continue serving our metro area with a deeper and lasting focus for this generation, and the next.

If this sounds interesting ...

We invite you to check us out.  If God seems to be leading for us to serve Him together, or if we can be of any encouragement to your own youth ministry and efforts, please let us know.
